4.3 Subscription Services

For subscription-based services such as hosting or support packages:

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• Cancellations must be made before the renewal date
• Refunds are provided on a pro-rata basis at our discretion
• We may modify subscription fees with 30 days' notice

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The Services, including all content, features, and functionality, are owned by Taggro Software and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5.2 Client-Commissioned Work

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom code developed specifically for their project, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We retain the right to reuse general methods, techniques, and non-proprietary components.

5.3 Open Source

Projects may incorporate open-source components governed by their respective licenses. We will identify such components and ensure compliance with license requirements.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights
• Transmit harmful code, viruses, or malware
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Impersonate any person or entity

7. Service Availability and Support

7.1 Uptime

While we strive for high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our Services. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.

8. Warranties and Disclaimers

We warrant that services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner consistent with industry standards. We will remedy any material defects in our work at no additional cost.

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TAGGRO SOFTWARE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICES IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Taggro Software from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

11. Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including GDPR.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. You remain liable for all charges incurred prior to termination.
